Care home manager candidates should have a strong background in residential care home management. You will manage a team of experienced and professional care staff and you will help to ensure that care is delivered in excellent fashion. This home has an excellent reputation for care in the local area and the organisation are eager to ensure this is maintained. You will join a caring, compassionate organisation whose primary aim is to ensure a high standard of life for all service users. You will deliver person centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues.You will have full responsibility for the home this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. You will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors.The successful candidate will be:-Strong experience as care home manager / care manager / residential home manager
