We are looking for an Manager of Governance and Strategic Initiatives Unit to join our team.The Manager, Governance and Strategic Initiative Unit plays a pivotal role in supporting the business in meeting its governance requirements. The role will also act as Deputy Lead of the unit in the absence of the Associate Director, Governance and Strategic Initiatives Unit. This role requires a motivated and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of governance and reporting with an ability to support the strategic growth of Kaplan Pathways. The successful candidate would demonstrate excellent leadership and decision-making skills, as well as the capability to build and manage relationships at all levels within the organisation.A detailed job description can be viewed . Additionally, flexibility, agility and a collaborative approach towards working with cross-functional teams are other key traits needed to succeed in the position. The person should also be able to governance duties with strategic considerations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the unit while supporting in steering its long-term success and growth.
