Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Key Responsibilitiesdefine & implement specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth within the KA channelestablish efficient relations with NKAdevelop KA strategy & implementationdevelop ad hoc Customer plandefine and execute all contract’s agreementsmaximise the listing opportunities for the FHCS product range & promote the listing of newly developed products in major international accountsResponsible for Top Accounts and negotiations with Top customersAdditional Responsibilitiesestablish yearly Sales and Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mixdevelop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investmentslead and support the distributor in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetingsmanage Performance of Distributor and prepare regular Business Review MeetingsInteractions (internal & external)all local employees & country management teamInternational KAMlarge customersQualifications:Professional Experience and Educationuniversity degree5-7 years professional experience (in an FMCG environment) including active leadership for NKA business (annual negotiations & providing contracts)fluent Englishnon-food experience preferableSpecific Knowlegdestrong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitorsfull understanding of client P&L and ways to activategood understanding key financial figuresstrong knowledge of distributor’s business (if applicable)Specific Competenciesstrong business acumen and strategic thinkingstrong analytical skillscommercial awareness partnered with a strategic mind-setstrong communication skills and ability to manage changegood negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolutionability to work with teams and individuallystrong compliance knowledgeThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
