The RoleWe are looking for a Consultant to join our team as a Senior HR Operations Analyst. The HR Operations team provides operational support to Employees and the wider HR team throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.The Senior HR Operations Analyst should understand the need to deliver an excellent experience to all our stakeholders, along with having the skill set and curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities with our HR Operations processes. This is a busy global role which comes with the need for the successful candidate to be able to organize, manage and prioritize their own workload.This role reports to the HR Operations Manager based in Belfast and is part of a global HR Operations team based across Bangalore, Belfast, Chicago, London & New York.The Person

Relevant Experience
  • You are a self-motivated HR Operations professional with 5+ years experience working across multiple countries, supporting HR queries, systems, audits and data. You also have a keen interest in process improvement and automation with HR and have demonstrated experience of implementing positive process change and automations.
Key Responsibilities
  • The Senior HR Operations Analyst position is responsible for supporting the HR division as part of the HR Operations Team.
  • This position is also responsible for Reporting and works with all CME workers to assist them with inquiries providing first level support and escalating to COEs as needed.
  • Regularly triage and resolve employee life cycle and stakeholder queries via our ticketing system (JIRA) in line with SLAs and local legislation ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruiting, HR Technology & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility & Immigration) on employee life cycle activities and other projects and initiatives, including support with the offboarding process for employees, including exit interviews, leaver documentation (including severance agreements) and other administration.
  • Support with Workday queries and transactions, escalating to HR Technology as appropriate.
  • Perform first level process and technical support for all HR systems and escalates issues appropriately.
  • Ensure integrity and compliance of data in Workday, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes and ensure resolution when discrepancies are identified.
  • Manages corrections for Workday HCM transactions and data, as needed.
  • Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and work with the relevant stakeholders on requirements, testing and roll out.
  • Support the Benefits team with Absence Programs.
  • Ensure employee life cycle tasks and processes are completed with an awareness of local laws and regulations.
  • Complete regular internal and external audits.
  • Partner with Payroll for monthly payroll processing in line with monthly deadlines.
  • Continuously review HR processes and documentation to ensure they are up to date.
  • Support additional ad-hoc duties in line with business needs, including partnering with HR users and liaisons within the organization to define requirements for ad-hoc report requests.
  • Makes recommendations and develops and tests final reports using the Workday HCM or other HR systems. Provides guidance to the team on complex requirements or in building the report in Workday HCM.
  • Contribute to global HR projects and lead project initiatives when required.
  • Provide second level support for complex employee documentation, including employment contracts.
  • Manage probation period process for non-U.S. locations, including communication with managers and issuing the relevant documentation.
  • Manage and adhere to records retention schedules.
  • Continuously review and update processes within HR documentation and user manuals
  • Assist the Global Mobility and Immigration team with administration support including right to work checks, visa processing, verifications, relocation and transfer support, and payment processing support.
