We build hopeUnlock the potential of product lifecycle management at Elekta!As the Business Agility Lead , you'll champion agile methodologies, foster empowered teams, and pioneer process agility for ground-breaking advancements in healthcare technology.What you’ll do at ElektaYour responsibilities will be (but not limited to)Drive transformation initiatives spanning empowered teams & organizational agility, process agility and enabling data-driven insightsWork closely with the PLM Data & Tools team in the tooling harmonization journey by making ‘ways of working’ a leading dimension in the journey enabled by right set of toolsLead role-based trainings and capability building across LSS (Linac & Software Solutions)Coach teams on story mapping, work breakdown structure, backlog refinement, agile ceremonies and other transformation initiativesBring process agility, have a lean mindset, lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Sessions to study end to end flow of value to identify and minimise waste in the systemMeasure the agile process flow by helping in harmonising tools and processes and help measure transformation successThe right stuffWe are looking for someone who is a go-getter, problem-solver, self-motivated and has a passion for driving agility and transformations in organizations. The role requires:An agile mindsetAbility to drive change in the organizationStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsWhat you bringWe’re looking for team players, forward thinkers, caring and daring colleagues who want to innovate and keep pioneering cancer care together with us.3+ years of experience in an agile environment preferably driving the agile transformation or part of teams working in an agile manner or in product teams OR 2+ years’ experience in a top tier consulting firm driving digital / agile transformationAt least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Electronics, IT or other related disciplineCertifications in agile and Lean methodologies preferredExperience in training and coachingExperience in or working for a medical device company or product company preferredKnowledge or experience with tools such as Jira and Polarion is good to haveHigh standard of interpersonal skills and ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and bring them along on the change journey – collaboration, influencing and conflict managementStrong problem-solving skillsStrong ethical standard, values and good judgementValue-driven / impact-oriented mindsetExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Availability for international travel ~20%What you’ll getIn this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
