Key Responsibilities:HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's mission and values. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new hires into the organization.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development. Foster positive employee relations and address issues proactively and professionally.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies. Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth and development.Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee welfare initiatives. Ensure equitable and competitive pay practices to attract and retain top talent.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead DEI initiatives to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Implement strategies to support and celebrate diversity among employees.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. Monitor and measure employee engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.HR Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.HRIS Management: Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage and functionality.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is desirable.
  • Min 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
