Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will occupy a key position within the team, reporting directly to the Design & Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient coordination of various projects, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting cost and time requirements. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with the sales team to develop offers aligned with the technical needs and specificities of the client. Additionally, you will ensure the technical feasibility of projects, perform laboratory tests to validate your recommendations, and supervise the complete execution of projects, from cost management to installation phase.Your role will also involve frequent interactions with internal stakeholders such as the engineering department, sales team, finance, production, customer service, and marketing. You will be the privileged point of contact for clients on the technical side throughout the project cycle. Proactive management of suppliers and integrators, as well as effective resolution of financial, technical, and production contingencies, will also be an integral part of your mission. Occasional travel to Europe for on-site installations will be required.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil or industrial engineering with a mechanical orientation, with significant experience of at least 3 years in project management in an industrial environment. A confirmed passion for mechanics and HVAC skills will be appreciated assets. Mastery of tools such as MS Office, Autocad, Mathcad, or equivalents is essential. Being bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively, is essential, and any additional language skills would be an advantage.The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional rigor and perseverance, closely monitoring project progress and ensuring meticulous follow-up of indicators. An ability to propose innovative ideas, solve problems, and prioritize internal communication completes the profile sought. Availability to travel to Europe, on average 5 times a year (maximum 1 week), is also expected.
