- Establish and edit contracts, prepare entry and exit documents, handle incoming mails and emails
- Coordinate with our BE & ES payroll consultants and manage the payroll provider system
- Manage the HRIS and admin related tasks: onboarding, offboarding, holidays, leaves, compensation and benefits allocation, etc.
- Ensure the best office experience by handling office & IT material purchase orders, grant software access, and make the office a great place to work
- Be the first-line liaison for all hard HR matters and provide frontline People support to all employees
- Be a trusted advisor for the external providers and great at developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with managers and staff members
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures, on a local (BE) and global level
- Independently design, plan, propose, implement and follow up on projects from our HR strategy that will have a big impact on all employees on a global level.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related business field
- At least 2 years working experience in HR related activities
- Autonomous, highly organized, solution oriented and empathic define your main personality traits
- Fluent in French and English. Dutch or Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Critical and curious to review processes and ways of working
- General knowledge of Belgian social and labor laws
- Excellent team player, who takes pride in providing high quality support and advice
- Able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Direct People impact in an international environment
- Work from a cool office in Brussels or Wavre (you choose), but also from home up to 2 days a week
