  • Act as a facilitator for Incident Management Program Strategy (Maintenance of the program and systems, auditing, and training)
  • Maintain the schedule for reporting and all communication related to reporting (including release schedule for dashboard figures)
  • Participate on Group Quality Communication and Reports preparation supported by Group Function leaders. Consolidate Group information / highlights , lowlights and metrics to report .
  • Support the ticket management of changes in both integration management systems Group Projects as required. Execute as requested all cross BU teams on Incident Reporting inquiries, troubleshooting, and key projects for improvement projects for improvement
  • Participate on data integrity activities (dashboard and incident management) to ensure accurate data, ensuring harmonization
  • Several admin tasks related to group activities, such as new service supplier approval flow, PO´s, payments, support other function on data analytics, create training content, organizing training and meetings, Bu´s contact list, etc

You bring
  • Bachelor in Engineer, Chemistry, Pharmacy and/or equivalent technical fields, 3-5 years' experience is minimally required for the role on similar positions in an industry.
  • Experience within Quality in a related environment ; Good knowledge of Complaint Management (Internal and Customer), KPI´s definitions, data analytics and systems/tools.
  • Data Driven and Critical Thinking · Possesses excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High learning agility, with strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner for “IT systems” · Strong Presentation Skills (Executive Management presentations) and Training Capabilities
  • Ability to support successfully with other cross-functional areas.
