- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
- Support the full spectrum of Reward, Benefits and Pensions activities.
- Lead and deliver the bi-annual annual salary and bonus review process.
- Prepare Remco documents and proposals.
- Conduct ad hoc salary benchmarking.
- Lead the reward and benefit communications to employees of the business.
- Oversee all benefit activities, including, renewals, and management of vendor relationships.
- Produce reward and benefits related reports and MI.
- Oversee the outsourced payroll function, ensuring efficient running and deadlines are met.
- Strong experience in end to end Reward, Benefits, and Pensions activities, with the confidence to act in a sole reward capacity.
- Understanding of payroll processes.
- Experience within Financial services desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication with the confidence to work with and present to senior stakeholders.
- Strong excel and reporting skills.
