- Being the Centre’s first point of contact with members and the public
- In-charge of reception service and members’ registration process
- Help to build and nurture long-term relationship with members
- Supervise volunteers in greeting members and performing guided tours
- Collate services statistics and compile related reports
- Handle members’ personal data rigorously during data input and filing
- Address members’ concerns and escalate to appropriate officers for handling
- Answer services users’ and network services providers’ enquiries and divert to appropriate persons or service providers
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- University graduate with at least 2 years relevant experience, or associate degree/high diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant experience and HKCEE / DSE 5 subjects (including Maths, Chinese and English) pass or equivalent qualification
- Preferably with relevant experience in social welfare, medical and / or sizable organizations
- Preferably with background and exposure in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken, written English and Chinese
- Customer-oriented attitude, professional telephone manner, problem-solving aptitude
- Able to work independently, organizational ability and excellent communication skills
- A team player with passion to serve the community and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic environment
- Shift duty in irregular hours, including Sundays, Public Holidays and in the evening.
