- Develop visually appealing marketing collaterals, both in print and digital formats, ensuring they align with the Rixos brand guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback on partner marketing assets, such as printed advertising pages, partners brochures, digital assets and newsletter to ensure brand consistency.
- Proactively manage marketing requirements for partners, ensuring timely delivery of all necessary materials.
- Work with regional team members to address their marketing needs and communicate these requirements effectively to the brand team if necessary.
- Brainstorm and implement creative and innovative marketing strategies to engage B2B partners effectively.
- Creating video content according to provided specifications for partner platforms
- Adapting existing video content for various digital platforms, ensure all materials are optimized for various digital platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement
- Developing dynamic visual effects and animations
- Capture high-quality images and videos to support marketing initiatives, including events, and promotional campaigns for both internal / external communications
- Edit and enhance captured images and videos using editing software to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends in visual content creation to improve the quality of marketing materials.
- Develop innovative ways to communicate the latest news and updates to partners through various mediums, including static images, videos, and animated content
- Assist the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks related to creative / content creation activities.
