As the Partner Marketing Manager on the Marketing Partnerships and Industry Education Team, you will be responsible for supporting global partners in the TikTok Marketing Partner (TMP) program. We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is hungry to learn, and ready to take on big challengesAbout the Role:
We are looking for a regional lead to support the TMP program. TMPs are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offering by working with 3rd party developers to build solutions that make marketing on Tiktok easy and effective. As the regional lead , you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the quickly-growing revenue engine of TikTok's business . The ideal candidate will be familiar with B2B marketing and highly experienced in managing complex projects cross-functionally and internationally. You will be responsible for structuring, executing and evolving marketing related workstreams for the TMP program both internally and externally. You will work closely with internal teams across legal, partnerships, product, sales and especially marketing and PR to deliver results.Responsibilities
- Create regional strategies to execute the partner marketing strategy for the TMP program and to grow the ecosystem
- B2B marketing campaigns including partner training, case studies, sales enablement, events, PR, advertising, social media, and industry partnerships
- Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage brands, partners, and prospective partners
- Work closely with the Product Partnerships team to drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies
- Work to identify risks and opportunities as it relates to marketing related workstreams
- Plan, track and manage partner marketing budgetQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in marketing, product marketing, or partnerships in an internet or technology startup environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects cross-functionally; Experience with working internationally a plusPreferred Qualifications:
- Strong marketing acumen and prior experience leading marketing projects a plus
- Familiarity with advertising and the ad-tech ecosystem
