Description:ADVANCED CLINICAL PRACTITIONERThis is an exciting opportunity to join our practice team. We are looking to employ an advanced clinical practitioner who can work autonomously within our practice team. The role would involve assessing patients, prescribing, making treatment plans/management plans for them and being involved in any follow-up of these patients. Being a prescriber would be advantageous but as a training practice we are committed to helping all our staff achieve further education skills and this is something we would support you working towards.The entire practice team are supportive and work well together.We are a longstanding, successful training practice with a patient list size of just over 13,500. We are an enthusiastic, resilient and friendly team and are very keen to welcome the right person to join our team.Our clinical system is EMIS/Docman.Our premises are purposed built buildings in Larkhall & Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire. Both premises are easily accessible from the M74 (north and southbound). There is also good train links to Glasgow, with our Larkhall site less than 5 mins walk from Larkhall train station.We are a large training practice committed to the health and well being of our patient population.
