Infrastructure and Facilities EngineerDescription -What a Infrastructure and Facilities Engineer does at HP?Responsibilities:
  • Lead, consult and set up of the 2 new Ink Labs with Analytical Department Team.
  • Develop prerequisite requirements for infrastructure and facilities on site.
  • Manages and oversees the delivery of specific facilities services on site.
  • Interfaces with local and/or overseas business partners to address complex operational or tactical issues, implementing solutions at the site level.
  • Monitors and/or measures service providers’ performance and verifies service levels have been met; provides input to service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Applies strong subject matter expertise or technical expertise to address issues on site.
  • Acts as a liaison to governmental agencies and local associations with authority to resolve issues and represent HP.
  • Implements strategies, policies, and procedures relevant to on site partners.
  • Familiar with ISO9K, ISO14K, ISO45K, ISO50K and GMP audit protocol and documentation plan.
  • Study Facilities system capacities and projection of demand for long term sustenance. Review and update SIO floor space drawings and planning.
  • Develop infra-structure future ready plan in collaboration with on site partners and HP Corporate Real Estate Workforce (CREWS). Plan for year/year sustainability improvement project.
  • Ensures project delivery costs are in line with set budget and implements cost saving programs.
Individual who does well in this role in HP, usually possess:
  • First level university degree in civil engineering, mechanical, infrastructure or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4-6 years of experience in a facilities- related function.
  • Typically 4-6 years experience.
  • Good project and program management skills.
  • Advanced communication skills; capable of managing service providers.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, BMS (Building Management System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
  • Growth mindset, Lean Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong computer, technical and data analytic skills (inclusive of Power BI, Power Automate skills).
  • Solid understanding of program costs and financial impact.
  • Familiar with vendors relevant safety, technical deliverables with business partners.
  • Familiar with real estate ACMV, MAU, FCU relevant management of temperature, humidity and air flow pressurization.
