Kom Videre Mand helps men in crisis move on through a community of men in the same or similar situation.Kom Videre Man is a free offer of a weekly community based on concrete topics, developed by men for men, to provide tools to move forwardThe group participants may have been divorced, laid off, are under stress - or otherwise need a new community that can support them in getting on well.About the groups
Over eight weeks, eight men meet once a week for approx. two hours at the Volunteer Center Aabenraa. The group has a volunteer, male group leader who guides the participants through a tested and documented effective process, which includes is about:

Find focus and get an overview
Create good relationships
Get better at the difficult conversations
Awaken your own resources and gain more vitality
Strengthen the ability to cope with difficult life situations
Get inspiration from other men to move forward
Manage your own life in a desired direction

About the task as group leader

About the training for group leaderAs a volunteer group leader, you will receive thorough training through a targeted course, so that you are prepared to guide the participants through an effective process. The course consists of two active days (weekend), where you as a volunteer will be equipped to lead processes in groups. On the course, you will receive a thorough instruction book that reviews the eight meeting themes that are discussed at the group meetings. As a group leader, you learn to deal with difficult situations and crises, and we expect active personal participation.About you

You are a man
You are communicatively strong and a formidable listener
You are spacious and good at giving others space
You have a good overview and take responsibility for the well-being of the group
You may have first-hand experience of coming out on the other side of a crisis
You want to work as a volunteer group leader based on a fixed concept and develop in the role of group leader over a minimum of three courses
