- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on a variety of employment law issues, including harassment, discrimination, wage disputes, and employee benefits.
- Draft and review employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete clauses, and other employment-related documents.
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and assist in navigating workplace policies and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing employment law.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law statutes and regulations, including discrimination laws, wage and hour issues, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
