Specifically responsible for teaching, training, and instructing all aspects of a college level Cross Country & Track & Field program. Primary responsibility of coaching, training, and recruiting cross country, distance, and mid-distance.

Job DutyAssists the Head Coach in overseeing all aspects of academic enhancement and staying current on academic progress of Cross Country & Track & Field student-athletes. Assist with student housing and admission issues and coordination of efforts with on-campus student services. Assists with

Job DutyAvailable on weekends and evenings in order to recruit student - athletes. Knowledge and understanding of all eligibility and recruiting rules in the NCAA Division II, Peach Belt Conference and admission standards of USCB. Help maintain accountability for Cross Country and Track & Field scholarship limitations.
