Inside Sales Representative - Fast Growing Virtual Reality Brand£25-30k basic salary plus commission and bonus earning potentialRemote working (Requirement to travel occasionally to London/Surrey)We are looking for a driven, tenacious individual for this inside sales representative role. A successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our clients ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives within the fast-growing world of Virtual Reality. You must be comfortable representing our brand and making multiple calls per day, generating interest and qualifying prospects. There is significant opportunity for progression within this role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
  • Developing new business opportunities by researching potential accounts, identifying key players in the market and generating interest
  • Understanding and qualifying customer needs and requirements across different geographies
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Meet and exceed individual productivity targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Required skills and experience
  • Demonstrable B2B sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple dials per day
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools e.g. Salesforce.com or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Desired skills and experience
  • Experience within the Entertainment, Theme Park or Franchising industries
  • Business level European/Arabic language skills
