- Android:
- Possess 3 6 years of experience in native android development.
- Exhibit expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android basics, MVVM, Work managers, Coroutines, RX, Realm, SQLite.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Design Patterns, Android UI design principles, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Have experience with building Apps using Android SDK, Java, Rx Java, Rest APIs, Kotlin.

- iOS:
- Accumulate 3 6 years of experience in native iOS development.

- Possess strong exposure to frameworks like iOS Architecture and SDK, with a robust understanding of the iPhone/Mobile Application Development Life Cycle.

- Hold at least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team and architecting an app end to end.
- Lead the management of applications for Android/iOS users, focusing on designing, maintaining, and continuously improving applications based on requirements and user feedback.
- Manage different versions of Android/iOS and handle various screen sizes effectively.
- Develop high-performance, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and specifications, and facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams for timely delivery of milestones and releases.
