Follow the SRS SRS AP teamleader, Responsible for Servie Operation and technical solution to internal customers in APAC regions like Installers or CSEs.2. You response the requests and issue them by Installation & Configuration Manangent process or Incident & Problem Management process with well documenting.3. You identify the requests which above the knowledge level of SRS Support Engineer and distribute / escalate to decent process.4. You will follow the SLA and pre-defined criterion during your daily communications and process handling.5. Comply to global defined process and knowledge based during the service delivery.What do I need to qualify for this position?
  • You have sound knowledge in the areas of network technologies (Route and Switch), with basic knowledge and experience in IT security, Cisco CCNA certification or same level Network certificate is a
  • MUST.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin is a MUST.
  • 1 year working experience on enterprise IT network environment, 1 year supporting/service desk
  • working experience.
  • Native Cantonese speaker or smooth Japanese skill preferred.
  • Have successfully completed a university degree in computer science / communication / language or have a comparable education or professional experience.
