- The delivery of the Auckland Pest sales and customer retention targets
- Development and performance of all sales and account management activities in the region
- Managing and motivating the sales team
- Developing a strategic sales plan critical to the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in the region
- Analysisng data to maximise market penetration
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that will enable delivery of the regional Netgain budget
- Work in conjunction with the Regional Manager and the wider regional leadership team
- Target and monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure we are competitive in the marketplace
- Exceed our clients' expectations on quality and service versus cost.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team, along with management, operations and business development skills
- A proven commercial acumen delivering sales results is a requirement
