Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.Job DescriptionYour opportunityYou will be a key partner of the Country Sales Committee, responsible for all aspects related to numerical and business insights, needed to boost sales and profitability. You will be responsible for whatever concerns the sales analytics of the Country, by elaborating reviews, presentations and decks, deep diving the performances of potential and existing Customers and Brands, portfolio, trends, competitors, to be shared in summaries with key stakeholders with the aim of enabling the business to make strategic decisions.How you will contribute
  • Acting as a pro-active partner with the sales leadership team by proposing, elaborating and delivering key numerical pictures of the market. Together with the Head of Country, Regional Managers and the other Functional Leaders, you will work at the sales strategy of the Country and monitor periodic evolutions and updates, providing heads up and suggestions to make things happening.
  • Analyzing sales and marketing metrics in order to identify cause-effect relationships between financial outcomes and marketing/sales actions to raise profitability.
  • Elaborating and delivering daily/ weekly/ monthly KPIs to (illustrative and not limited to): Salesforce, Sales leaders and Go to market.
  • Collecting information and elaborating analysis instrumental to prepare the periodic Business Reviews.
  • Supporting all the other departments (Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales support and finance) in creating ad hoc analysis (i.e. check on sales campaign performance, results of Sales Force Incentive, recovery action plans).
  • Providing support to Finance and Head of Country to Budgets and Forecasts preparation and analysis.
  • Creating and managing sales dashboards, which visualizes fundamental performance indicators.
  • Improving the reporting tools, exploring tech solutions to evolve the sales analytics framework.
  • Providing weekly summaries and reports on business results and other key figures to direct manager and CEO.
Who you are
  • A university graduate in Finance or Business Management with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (Business analyst/ Sales Planner/Sales Controller) in a fast-paced environment.
  • With strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage reporting and databases.
  • With strong focus on results and respect of deadlines.
  • A dynamic, proactive, flexible and curious individual, fast learner and committed to teamwork.
  • A strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills.
  • Able and confident confidence in dealing with a broad and complex range of SKUs.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines.
  • Able to perform complex analysis and synthesis into reports and executive summaries.
  • Entrepreneur attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • A critical thinker: able to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, achieve consensus and support implementation.
  • Clear and open communication.
  • Extremely organized and details oriented.
  • With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point.
  • An Italian and English fluent speaker.
  • With passion and enthusiasm.
