Senior Project Manager – Mainframe

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members and external contractors, to ensure project success.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with mainframe projects and develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce best practices for mainframe project management, ensuring the highest level of quality in project deliverables.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth transitions for mainframe-related changes within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong focus on managing Mainframe projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Mainframe technologies and their applications in the financial services industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within the financial services sector is a plus.
