One of my Clients is looking to embrace digital tech to transform their various product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of products and programmes that contribute to the clients business roadmap, ensuring the latest tech is implemented across internal departments.Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Plan and deliver projects, manage dependencies, define projects, align goals, collaborate with ISD, mitigate risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, align IT and business strategy, communicate IT concepts, provide updates.
  • Transformation: Lead change programmes, drive innovation, engage with partners.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and manage team, foster improvement, set development plans, contribute to strategy.
  • Compliance & Governance: Coach on standards, collaborate with PMO, manage third-party integrators.
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT programmes.
  • Ability to align IT with business strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with internal and third-party partners.
  • Experience managing IT project budgets.
Location: Reading AreaSalary: Up to £80,000 DOEWorking Arrangement; 3 days On-site
