Apply today!What you will be doingSupports requirement reviews or sprint planning sessions and develops understanding of expectationsAssists in translating business and technical requirements into test cases, test scenarios and scriptsAssists in evaluating testability of business and technical requirements based on business/functional requirement document, use cases, user stories and/or solution design documentsAssists with setup and maintenance of test environments for both manual and automated testingExecutes test charters as per protocols and methods within sessions and analyze results of test sessionsLeverages automated testing suites, explores edge cases and drives quality with development teamsGathers test result data, assigns severity levels to issues, and documents accurate system responsesPerforms initial analysis of defects, conducts root cause analysis, and escalates issues as per protocolsGathers and maintains accurate data drawn from investigation and product analysisGenerates monthly and quarterly metric reports for regional leadership reviewEstablishes processes and tool sets to maintain automation scripts and generates regular test reports for faster bug tracking and rapid reportingConducts a wide range of tests and analyses to ensure hardware and/or software meets or exceeds standards and end-user requirementsIdentifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance effectiveness of Engineering, Implementation and Service strategiesMonitors and analyzes internal testing process metrics for continuous improvementPartners with senior quality engineers to simplify and modernize testing tools and techniques to ensure maximum coverage and constantly improve the testing proceduresWhat your background should look likeEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.Preferred Certifications:Certified associate in software TestingCertified Software Quality AnalystCertified Test EngineerWORK EXPERIENCE:4+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Behavioral Skills:AssertivenessAttention to detailsCreativity & InnovationCritical ThinkingImpact and InfluencingMultitaskingPrioritization and OrganizationTechnical Skills:Automated Screening and TestingIT ControlsSoftware Testing FrameworksTechnical DocumentationTest Script Writing & DeploymentTools Knowledge:API Testing Tools like Postman, SoapUI, TestCollab - MandatoryAgile or waterfall methodology exposureExpereince handling any healthcare software would be an added advantageSoftware Frameworks like Visual Basic, C#, Powerbuilder, .NetAutomated Testing Tools like WinRunner and LoadRunnerBug Tracking SoftwareEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems like Sage, ASW, SAP - good to haveFunctional Testing Tools like Selenium, CucumberMicrosoft Office SuiteProgramming Languages like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQLAny cloud application experience is good to haveWhat Cencora offersAll team members globally are provided with basic life insurance, personal accident insurance, business travel accident insurance, and EAP resources at no cost.
