Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field. Proven success in cold calling and building rapport with potential candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices. Ability to work independently, manage a high call volume, and meet deadlines. A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building strong relationships.
