Join our Team in Stockholm, Sweden and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.What would you do as our AI Tech LeadYou would be responsible for our brand-new project related to AI Technical Development, leading the Team of 6, based in Stockholm.
You will play a key role, acting as a business advisor, interfacing with multiple stakeholders, business, and product owners within entire ASSA ABLOY structure.
We work in cross-functional teams, responsible for developing modern, secure and top-quality solutions. We develop embedded applications and integrate them with Mobile Applications, Electronic Access Control software using cloud and microservice architecture.You would also:

Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies.
Be responsible for hands-on R&D Development.

Interact with tech- and non-tech stakeholders, proposing solutions and negotiating.

The skills and experience you need.We are looking for someone who:

has several years of experience with designing both application architecture and cloud architecture (Azure or AWS).
has previous DevOps and testing experience.
is up to date with AI solutions and will be eager to promote AI best practices and processes across global cross-functional Teams.
is experienced in leading and organizing DevOps teams working in an agile environment.
is fluent in English, spoken and written.
