- Assist in developing standard technology project management processes and project governance.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that involve the adoption and integration of new applications and technologies.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, production staff, and other internal and external parties.
- Define and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, and ensure that project objectives are met.
- Report and document the performance and productivity impact/value of the new applications and technologies that are implemented.
- Assist in user adoption and change management to ensure successful implementation.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology project management, preferably in the architecture, engineering, planning, or environmental services consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Project management certification(s) from PMI, ScrumAlliance, etc., preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new and emerging applications and technologies quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
