Burgess & Niple is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the implementation of new and innovative applications and technologies in support of our architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental services consulting firm. You will partner with the Technology Operations division, as well as our production staff, to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.B&N Technology Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing standard technology project management processes and project governance.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that involve the adoption and integration of new applications and technologies.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, production staff, and other internal and external parties.
  • Define and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, and ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Report and document the performance and productivity impact/value of the new applications and technologies that are implemented.
  • Assist in user adoption and change management to ensure successful implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology project management, preferably in the architecture, engineering, planning, or environmental services consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Project management certification(s) from PMI, ScrumAlliance, etc., preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new and emerging applications and technologies quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
