LondonOur client is an international law firm who are looking for a Benefits & Reward Manager to join their HR team, on a permanent basis.The main responsibilities for the Benefits & Reward Manager will be to lead the reward, benefits and wellbeing agenda for the firm, with the support of an Assistant.KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Conducting salary benchmarking analysis using and making recommendations based on that analysis.
- Working with the HR Director on the Annual Partner bonus review process from analysis.
- Managing the annual Benefit renewal process and liaising with third-party providers and brokers.
- Identifying opportunities for the Benefits offering to improve and develop what the firm offers.
- Responsible for firm’s Wellbeing initiatives – including design and implementation.
- Oversee and manage a Benefits & Reward Assistant.
