- Must have at least 10 years of Management experience in a 5-star operation
- Must have a proven track record of working within Food and Beverage
- Should have a strong financial acumen and computer skills
- Must be an energetic and proactive person
- Should be compassionate, respectful and a strong leader
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be confident under pressure to meet guests’ needs
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be diligent and self-motivated with an eye for details
