Kualifikasi :KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (by priority)HRIS
- Maintain and ensure that all business process in iHR (Workday) can run smoothly in timely manner with proper communication to employee, also managing, organizing employee database to make sure it is updated , well organized and can be easily accessible. Including to ensure HRIS data are updated according to latest organization changes.
- Coordinating and implementing Performance Management system, plan, education and communication in timely manner to generate quality employee feedback submission.
- Quality check and liaise with all department head to ensure appropriate content and approval level are completed up to matrix manager in group office.
- Perform & Prepare administration for benefit of employees and to ensure that all employees are assigned to their benefit entitlement accordingly, and conduct communication, also liaise with appointed vendor for the benefit.
- Prepare and seek approval for administration inquiries from employees in timely manner
- Liaise with Formalities Agency to ensure that all permits regarding to manpower comply with our local regulations and deliver in timely manner.
- Responsible to produce HR data and reports for various need (engagement, project, finance, etc) with accuracy and quality
- Responsible to coordinate and update monthly Exco HR reports
- Bachelor in any major.
- 2 years experience in HR
- 4 years experience in HRIS
- Proficient in English
