- Organizing and following-up on the team leaders' key travels, and key meetings (digital or in-person)
- Welcoming new team members and onboarding them
- Contributing to a qualitative offboarding process
- Overseeing orders for office supplies, materials, equipment, and managing shipping by courier when needed
- Coordinating team life animation, seminars, employees' seniority anniversaries, birthdays…
- Helping on ad hoc project coordination (SharePoint and files organization, communication, events)
- Supporting the collection and production of regular reporting/communication tools (KPIs, dashboard...)
- Managing the team's spends and purchase orders for key projects (invoicing, process follow-up) with external providers, and internal reinvoicing (within Sephora regions and within LVMH), including the administration of global licenses
- Significant experience in Executive and Team Assistant roles with senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience in international companies, working with Global teams

- Facility with Microsoft suite (especially Excel), common corporate software, reporting tools, and ideally PowerBI

- Organiser les déplacements majeurs et les réunions importantes des leaders (en visio ou en présentiel)
- Accueillir les nouveaux arrivants et s'assurer de leur onboarding
- Contribuer à maintenir des offboardings de qualité
- S'assurer des commandes de matériel et des envois par coursier pour l'équipe
- Coordonner la vie d'équipe (animations, séminaires, anniversaires, célébrations d'ancienneté…)
- Support ad hoc aux projets d'équipe (création et organisation de SharePoint, actions de communication, évènements…)
- Aide à la production de rapports réguliers (KPIs) et de supports de communication (dashboards, slides…)
- Gestion des dépenses d'équipe, des bons de commandes auprès de fournisseurs pour les projets majeurs (facturation, suivi…), et des refacturations internes (auprès des régions de Sephora dans le monde et auprès du Groupe LVMH), incluant la gestion des licences de l'équipe
- Vous avez une solide expérience en assistanat de direction auprès de leaders senior, dans des organisations internationales
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'un fort sens de l'organisation, de structure, rigueur et esprit de synthèse. Vous savez anticiper les besoins de vos interlocuteurs, agir avec autonomie et sens de l'initiative
- Vous avez le sens de la confidentialité
- Grâce à votre esprit collaboratif, vous interagissez naturellement avec divers interlocuteurs et êtes reconnu(e) pour la valeur ajoutée que vous apportez à l'équipe
- Vous maîtrisez l'Anglais et le Français, et avez de belles qualités interpersonnelles (observation, écoute, adaptation)

- Des facilités avec la suite Microsoft (particulièrement Excel), les outils de reporting et de bureautique sont requises - la maîtrise de PowerBI serait un plus
