- Supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth sailing.
- Execute F1 Arcade's marketing initiatives, promotions, private events, and race watch parties with flair.
- Drive sales through exceptional service, talent development, and spotting opportunities.
- Manage the venue budget and create service and runner schedules.
- Address team member issues and complaints with tact and efficiency.
- Develop your team with regular meetings and one-on-ones, providing ongoing performance coaching.
- Adhere to company procedures, including cash handling and crisis management.
- Ensure top-notch food and beverage quality through regular checks and tastings.
- Hire, train, and nurture team members to ensure a high retention rate.
- Understand and report on Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims accurately.
- 2+ years in management within a high-volume restaurant or entertainment setting.
- Must demonstrate all the three core values of the F1 Arcade team:
- Ready to roll with an average of 55 hours per week.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team, handle tough situations, and maintain high standards.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Financial acumen to interpret a P&L statement is a must.
- Hospitality management degree preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable with computer systems and various software.
