Job Title: Partnerships Manager (Private Lending)
Remuneration: $70K-$80K + super + uncapped commissions

Fund in response to unprecedented demand from SMEs, investors, and entrepreneurs.

have built and run funds before. One of our directors has a remarkable track record,
having successfully built one of the largest medical lending finance companies, including a
private lending division. Widely recognised in the industry as a leader and entrepreneur,
his wealth of knowledge will provide you with valuable insights not only to enhance your
personal growth but also to propel the organisation to new heights. The second director
brings extensive expertise in funds and investment management, ensuring that each deal
is meticulously worked on and managed for both integrity and profitability. This Director
has managed Ultra HNW Portfolios for Investors in the Billions. Together, their
mentorship and experience create a supportive environment that will contribute to your
success and the overall advancement of the organisation.The Position:
We are in search of a dynamic, results-driven, and entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager
who will assume a crucial role in the expansion of Tyalla Capital's third-party distribution
network. Your principal duty will involve spearheading the rapid growth of our private
lending product portfolio by establishing and fostering robust partnerships with network
referrers. As one of the inaugural key members of our organisation, you will play a pivotal
role in shaping the growth and development trajectory of the company and its future
employees. Your responsibilities will extend to actively contributing to the growth of the
private lending book and network. This entails cultivating existing & new relationships and
networks to generate private lending enquiries (deals) with significant support from the
Directors, all while taking a hands-on approach to supporting your clients and managing
the portfolio. These networks could consist of mortgage brokers, accountants, advisers,
lawyers, other finance professionals, or wealthy families/individuals. Join us and be at the

? Execute sales strategies and grow the business' portfolio. This will involve the
research, engagement and meeting of both existing & new target referrers.
? Attend to inbound warm enquiries from the directors' networks and direct
marketing campaigns, showcasing Tyalla Capital's unique offerings.
? Respond to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios with creativity and a
problem-solving mindset.
? Assist the Chief Investment Officer with post settlement loan management,
valuation analysis & arrears/default management.
? Liaise with the Chief Investment Officer to determine capital raising requirements.
? Assist with analysis of each new transaction and prepare a submission to
Management or the Tyalla Capital Investment Committee for approval.
? Present (initially with the support of Directors) at Professional Development Days
and Conferences to enhance brand visibility.
? Be involved in the design and execution of the Network Referrer Marketing
Strategy.
? Attend networking events, representing Tyalla Capital in the market.
? Host regular events for referrers.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Experience in property, sales, banking, or private credit. A natural mindset for
cultivating new opportunities
? Proactive and positive mindset with a drive to achieve results.
? Entrepreneurial spirit and high attention to detail.
? Willingness to work hard in a highly supportive and driven environment.
? Ability and track record to develop new relationships, both internal and with third-
party partners.
? Strong time management skills.
? Experience delivering presentations, immaculate presentation and written/verbal
skills highly desired.
Favourable Attributes:
? Previous experience in a lender or real estate position with a mandate to build
relationships with new referrers.
