- Take the helm of our maintenance department and steer it towards greatness, setting the bar high for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Craft and implement streamlined processes and procedures, ensuring they're as sleek as our aircraft.
- Partner with the Director of Maintenance to map out our flight plan for success, setting ambitious goals and metrics.
- Captain project execution, ensuring smooth sailing and happy passengers every step of the way.
- Be the go-to guru for maintenance projects in the region, navigating through challenges with ease and grace.
- Extend our reach to customers and offsite locations, ensuring they receive top-notch support and service.
- Ensure our crew has all the tools and skills they need to conquer any maintenance mission that comes their way.
- Navigate the procurement process like a pro, charting a course for success with Material Management.
- Spot turbulence before it hits, using your problem-solving prowess to keep us on course towards our goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, where every member of our crew feels valued and empowered to succeed.
- A valid Transport Canada ACA/AME license - your passport to the skies.
- 8+ years of aviation experience, coupled with at least 2 years in a leadership role - you've earned your stripes.
- A deep dive into CARS, TC legislation, and aircraft maintenance programs - you know the aviation rulebook like the back of your hand.
- A knack for navigating projects and continuous improvement initiatives - you're our secret weapon against complacency.
- A cool head under pressure and organizational skills sharper than a pilot's precision landing.
- The ability to chart your own course, with minimal supervision - you're a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding.
- Leadership skills that would make even the most seasoned captain jealous - you're a natural born leader.
- Post-Secondary Education in Aviation preferred - but if you've got the right stuff, we're open to all boarding calls.
