- Degree/Business and Administration, Shipping, Logistics and/or Transport
- 6 to 11 years in senior management
- Understanding of the transport industry
- Live in Mozambique or willing to relocate there
- Strategy on a senior level (develop and implement strategy for operations, logistics, fleet care, finance, IT, projects and clients)
- Leadership (inspiring employees)
- Planning (fleet targets)
- Operations (productivity goals)
- Managing the financial function (budgeting, forecasting)
- Commercial and legal (business development and reviewing agreements)
- IT with controls and reporting (processes and areas of improvement)
- Human Resources (driving performance)
- Policy and Governance (corporate governance, develop and implement policies)
