- Co-creation of the RRPs across all categories in line with Commercial ambition
- Management of B&Q Pricing Analyst
- Competition Benchmarking as well as validating price benchmarking including calculation and tracking of the managing price indices
- Ensure application of pricing rules in conjunction with Category assortment principles and applies a level of governance and advice, to ensure pricing is not counter intuitive to target markets
- Develop pricing capability within by providing common set of frameworks and tools (e.g. Customer Value Perception)
- Lead and organise all Prices nailed price and value perception activity working cross-functionally
- Monitor compliance, Sub Category elasticity and capability in regard to B&Q Pricing.
- Review volume and frequency of proposed exceptions to pricing proposed by Category teams
- Execution of national pricing in a retail or related environment
- Looking beyond the obvious and being Commercially innovative
- Cross function networking and collaboration building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, with excellent interpersonal, motivational and organisational skills.
- Highly numerate, logical and have exceptional attention to detail.
