Senior Financial AnalystDescription -We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Managed Print Services Business in EMEA FAM team, and manage the Central Market accounts. Key specific FAM activities related to CARD, MPS Financial Support for key named accounts to be assigned, interaction with CSM's, Business Management teams, Financial teams in WSS and any projects assigned within FAM team related to systems, processes or financial activities required to drive improvement in the overall MPS business, as well as managing SOX controls.Responsibilities:Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.SOX controls activitiesLeads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.Education and Experience Required:First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in more than one finance function.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).Excellent communication and influencing skills.Superior teamwork skillsStrong business acumen.Good project management skills.SOX controls implementation\management would be an asset.How will we help your personal and professional development?We don’t label you or your performance we look to help you grow your unique potentialSpecial annual Finance Days dedicated to innovation in the profession, directly hearing from our Chief Finance Officer and other key executivesSkill Champions Development program lead by passionate team members to help you learn while they learn from you as wellTalent management program and Learn2Lead training workshops to accelerate high-potentials career developmentNew disruptive technology introductions sessionsWe love our work environment.
