New Home Association (NHA) was founded in June 2010 and now provides a comprehensive range of services in Hong Kong and the Mainland. We are a non-governmental and charitable organisation dedicated to providing one-stop professional social services for new arrivals from the Mainland, ethnic minorities, and the disadvantaged in Hong Kong. We aim at enabling them to develop their full potentials and to serve the community. We are also committed to promoting community participation, social inclusion, and to building an equal and caring society.新家園協會成立於2010年6月，服務覆蓋香港及內地，致力服務新來港、少數族裔人士及其他弱勢社群；提供優質及專業的一站式社會服務，推動他們積極投入和參與香港的建設，促進社區參與，推動社會共融，創建平等關愛的社會。Responsibilities:
  • Plan and promote activities for ethnic minorities and new arrivals from the Mainland, such as groups, mass activities, case counseling and referral
  • Manage project’s recruitment and outcomes, administration and finance
  • Develop and maintain community networks for facilitating service delivery
  • Assist in the daily operation and preparation of activities of the centre
Qualifications:
  • Registered social worker with a recognized degree /diploma / associate in social work
  • Achieved five passes in HKDSE/HKCEE, including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Level E / Level 3 or above
  • At least 2 years or above relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is preferred
  • Good communication skill, reliable, passionate and good team player
