- Develop visually stunning and engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring clear alignment with the brand's aesthetic and core valuesImplement, plan and execute a content calendar that includes regular posts, stories, reels and TikTok's to maintain a consistent and dynamic presence across our platforms
- Monitor trends and stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ensuring our content remains relevant and optimised for maximum reach
- Utilise Instagram and TikTok tools effectively to enhance engagement, including but not limited to hashtags, collaborations, and interactive features
- Managing relationships with our influencers and stylists, staying in regular contact with them, managing and processing gifting requests and liaising with creators around key launch periods to arrange gifted product to amplify BOA's reach
- Foster a sense of community by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with our audience across both platforms
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics
- Provide regular reports and insights to the brand team, utilising data to refine strategies and enhance overall performance
- Collaborate with the wider Brand team to seamlessly integrate social media campaigns into the overall marketing strategy via the creation, preparation and management of assets
- Conceptualise and execute innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- In-depth knowledge of both Instagram and TikTok, including their latest features, trends and algorithms
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Previous experience shooting visual content to a high standard would be desirable
- Meticulous attention to detail across image, text and video
- Ability to write relevant copy in the brand's tone of voice across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of analytics tools for social media platforms
- Good time management and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively and adapt where needed
- Prior experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be desirable but not essential
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Social Media management or content creation
- Portfolio showcasing successful Instagram and TikTok campaigns
