As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. This is a challenging yet immensely rewarding position where you will inspire, motivate, and guide children aged 7 to 11 through their primary school years. You will deliver engaging lessons, promote a positive classroom culture, and work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall ethos and vision of the school
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching KS2 curriculum, preferably in a UK primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and assessment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards challenges
