  • Be responsible for technical support cases concerning the ABB Analytical product line, consulting with end users, ABB Front End Sales teams, ABB Channel Partners, Distributors and Sales Representatives.
  • Support the global service organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost effective solutions to resolve their technical issues.
  • As principal investigator understands systemic issue and perform analytical and diagnostic studies to lead groups of engineers investigating customer related Analytical product problems, developing solutions and preparing related recommendations and reports.
  • Participate on the design and develop complex models or simulations and apply advanced computer programs, techniques and control strategies to effectively resolve product application problems and document suggested solutions.
  • Work with design and development groups to determine effective applications, equipment and methods to correct product performance problems.
  • Realtime troubleshooting analytical systems remotely and in-person at customer sites.
  • Proactively seek and implement initiatives to improve product quality, operations and increase customer satisfaction.
Your background
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years work experience in Analytical instrumentation or related field.
  • In lieu the employer will accept an Associate Degree and 10 years of experience in related field.
