Complete monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts utilizing Blackline reconciliation and matching software
Handle various responsibilities, including but not limited to managing cash, prepaid expenses, and accruals
Aid in the preparation and examination of financial statements for the Board of Directors, along with conducting monthly variance analyses.
Evaluate expenses to ensure accurate recording every month
Collaborate with our tax advisors and Controller on various tax and compliance matters
Contribute to annual audit requests as needed
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned by ManagementElvárások / RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant area
1-3 years of experience in accounting or similar role
Demonstrates the ability to multitask, meet assigned deadlines, and exhibit a highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Strong communication skills
NetSuite and/or Blackline experience is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable user of MS Exccel (including pivot tables and and basic functions like vlookup, sumif etc.)
Previous SSC experience is a plus
