This is an on-site position based in Manila, Philippines.Responsibilities & QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for month and year end reconciliationsPrepare and review monthly closing entriesMaintain Fix Asset System, which includes preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger to FAS, and preparation of depreciation schedule for budgeting purposes.Prepare financial reports and variance analysesGather appropriate materials, instructions and forms to prepare property taxes, gross/sales taxes and survey.Assist with testing, implementation and training others during system integrations.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.3-5 years of experience in related field.Industry experience preferred (Engineering/Architecture).Required strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and excellent communication skills.Understanding of GAAP and FAR regulations.Deltek Vision systems experience preferred.Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.Additional InformationTYLin Group’s Asia Pacific offices provide technical innovations and professional services including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, seismic engineering, and planning.
