Key Account Manager (Travel Retail + APAC POS) | Fashion Brand

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Travel Retail Operators and Key Accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the APAC, both with existing partners and potential new partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial terms and agreements for new openings with operators and key accounts.
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs such as sales data and market share.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, forecasting sales based on business seasonality, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement action plans tailored to each market, optimizing assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Propose and negotiate product assortment selections and determine optimal quantities for new product launches.
• Implement strategic commercial action plans to drive sales, including incentives, events, animations, and localized initiatives.
• Provide training for in store staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.

• 5+ years of travel retail key account management experience in the fashion or luxury industry are preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
• Strategic thinking to develop sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Relationship building skills to establish and maintain connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey goals, expectations, and strategies to the team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Industry knowledge to understand market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Professional command in both English and Chinese
