- Experience of designing and delivering a range of programmes

- Knowledge of psychometrics and their use in development, this may include insights discovery, emotional intelligence, team models etc.
- Design, deliver, and measure learning programmes, both face to face and virtual
- Deliver individual and team coaching to a high standard (once qualified)
- Contribute to key L&D projects to support the achievement of our strategic imperatives
- Utilise data to ensure we’re adopting a diverse & inclusive approach, and benchmark against best practice
- Stakeholder management, working closely with our Business Leaders and HRBP’s to assess relevant learning
- Ensure high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of L&D – including digital, face-to-face, suppliers, curated materials, etc.
- Qualified to degree level advantageous but not essential
- CIPD qualified advantageous but not essential
- Qualified or keen to become a qualified coach
