Setting up and performing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, spares management and development.ocus on improving operational efficiency.How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
  • Maintain equipment uptime. Lead & drive projects
  • Implement, improve & execute preventive maintenance program
  • Manage spare parts program, local spare's development.
  • Provide engineering support to close breakdown calls efficiently and maintaining maximum machine uptime, on call support.
  • Work on focused improvements to improve MTBF. Train technicians to improve MTTR.
  • Conduct RCAs/FMEAs regularly to understand gaps in the system.
  • Provide solutions eliminate repeated equipment failures and process related queries.
  • Control & reduce maintenance costs, mechanization of maintenance activities.
  • Following all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.
  • Maintaining 5S standards of the highest level
  • Anything else desired by Management
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Bachelor's in engineering with relevant work experience of 5-8 years.
  • Diploma with relevant work experience of 7-10 years.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
  • Sound Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical manufacturing Systems
  • CBM tools like Vibration monitoring/Thermography/Power consumption Dynamics and associated analysis
  • Analytical skills MTBF/MTTR/FMEA/RCA/Pareto Charts/CBM etc.
  • Sound Knowledge of Utility Equipment, Power Systems, Pneumatics & Hydraulics
  • Capable of working with Special purpose machines.
  • Knowledge of Powder Coating Systems, Wave soldering equipment, Hydraulics, CNC/ NC operated machines, Packaging machines & Pneumatic tools will be added advantage.
