- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed to achieve project goals.
- Implement best practices and strategies to optimize project efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions and delays.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
- Professional Engineer license.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
- PMP certification (preferred but not required).
