Location: Covering Kent, East Sussex and SurreySalary: Up to £70,000 + car allowance and packageContract: Full Time, PermanentWhat will you be responsible for?As a Business Development Manager, you'll be working within the Regional Construction team, supporting the identification of profitable opportunities and maintenance of deep rooted relationships with customers and consultants.Your day to day will include:
  • Presenting my client with potential clients and consultants through direct communication, through regular and consistent face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Report on Business Development activities to the management board.
  • Represent my client at industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that information presented meets the company standards.
  • Responsible for establishing key client and consultant drivers.

  • Established in the construction industry.
  • You have Proven experience in business development activities.
  • You have Exceptional relationship management and networking abilities coupled with a genuine passion for the sector.
  • You have Strong communication skills in all forms.
